“Personally, I believe in my heart that there is a real question of HOLDER facing the death penalty”

Agree, after the upcoming revolution, it’s almost worth me getting a law degree from Watza Matta U in order to be the judge sentencing this simeball to death by waterboarding.

So let me get this correct.

The reason that the terrorists will be tried in a civilian court is because there is some issue about the military tribunals having the authority to impose the death penalty? Correct?

I guess the World War II military tribunal that tried the Nazi saboteurs didn't sentence to death all but one or two of the defendants.

Remember, this AG and his Justice Department are opposed to the death penalty.

Lets see, again, take it way from the uncontrollable military tribunals and put them into a hand picked civilian court that will not impose the death penalty.

THAT'S THE TICKET!!!

ITs way overdue to get them out!!!!

Lets call the Black Panthers for their opinion.

Eric Holder is doing his job exactly as he was hired to do it.

Why complain about Holder when his every move is sanctioned by the White House.

Why do you think Obama picked Holder?
Why do you think the Black panthers were turned loose?

This is the Hope and Change Reparations Administration that Farrakhan has have dreamed of for years.

Don’t think for one minute that Farrakhan , Rev. Wright, and Obama arent all in this together.

hmm, I wonder if Holder would hold the same opinion if it were Timothy McVeigh being tried in a military court?

What’s with all these insanely stupid decisions being made by Harvard graduates? Harvard must have lowered the bar for quite some time to let all these idiots actaully get in and then graduate.
