This weekend vacation is only a cover since any "official" meetings have minutes taken.

Maine is beautiful, especially the coast (for me). I can see why he’d want to vacation there. Especially if he hasn’t. But to be scheduled to visit the Gulf, at a time like this crisis in the Gulf, and then head in an opposite direction, well, I hope the Gulf folks are paying attention. The MSM would have non-stop lambasting of Bush if he had done this (oh, wait, they did it anyway...).
