The Obama administration's lawsuit against the state of Arizona offers a revealing window into the Holder Justice Department. And the picture isn't pretty.
Consider what we learned when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton first let the cat out of the bag and told us about it during an interview in Ecuador. Clinton showed who was sitting in the driver's seat when it came to the Justice Department's decision: "President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act."
The key words here are "under his direction." In other words, the White House is calling the shots. The same political calculations that drove Obama to criticize the Arizona law in April also drove the filing of the suit. While that is fine for policy decisions in other executive departments, the litigation decisions of the Justice Department are different. Past administrations -- both Republican and Democratic -- have taken care to insulate these decisions from political forces.

A politician doing something for purely political purposes? Shocking! Simply shocking, I tell you.
I think the “preemption” charges are just to get the ball rolling, and the 0bama DOJ probably has a Juan Doe already waiting in the wings to suffer profiling and racist discrimination when the AZ law goes into effect. Then they will add that to the paperwork.
Meanwhile, timing matters. “If it were done when ‘tis done, then ‘twere well it were done quickly.”
If they do it quickly maybe they can bus lots more illegals in to vote. Better yet, in the lefty view of things, to effect such chaos in AZ that they have to declare martial law on Election Day. Just to see how it flies, and get the bugs out before they do it in Washington DC.
Holder doesn’t take a dump without approving it with the HMFIC.
The dead give away is the fact the original lawsuit is complete crap.
There is nothing there. So what do they do?
Holder is now popping off about filing a lawsuit for “RACIAL PROFILING”.
Surprise! Surprise!
Little Billy Clinton got himself sued while he was governor of Arkansas for?
Wait for it! Wait for it!

RACIAL PROFILING!
Since 1991’s R King incident, whenever the term “racial profiling” pops up and the Clinton's are connected in any way, it means they are planning to orchestrate race riots.
Since the first WTC bombing in 1993, prior to every terrorist attack, attempted attack, or threat of an attack the left has always ginned up civil unrest, attempted to gin up unrest, or had a plan to gin up civil unrest.
It's right straight out of the Weather Underground playbook.
