I believe the meant to say Illegal Aliens. And cry me a river that the illegal, law breaking a**hats aren't getting food stamps.

The article implies most illegals are still getting food stamps. What it says is that they are finally being treated like Utahns of any color who are legal.

But they're NOT Utahns. They're in Utah illegally, taking up Utah resources and government expenditures that should be going to those Utahns (well, only until we dismantle a lot of this hand-out infrastructure...).
