The language I have seen has been cagey ... (e.g. "I've confirmed he was born in HI.")p>

Congratulations on making that observation; "cagey". It's like when you get a notice saying that you have almost won the $10 million. If you read it REAL carefully, you haven't won J.S.

This is what led me to my conclusions. Hawaii has said that they have a legal, proper copy, saying that Obama was born in Hawaii and was a citizen. I don't think any of them would outright purjer themselves. But they still don't tell us what we really want to know, i.e. the name of the hospital, and the signature of the attending physician and nurse. Without those two things, Obama's citizenship is still just a claim. It's legal, but still just based on a presumtion that a claim is true.

I was thinking along those lines too - Also, it appears that these suits are being thrown out not only because of “standing” but because there is no “injury”. Couldn’t Arizonians start a class action suit against Zero because he won’t enforce Federal Immigration laws and families of injured or murdered relations be considered “injury”?

I agree. Some R Senators, Congressmena and Governors need to get involved.

I am sure some Dems are going to jump on the bandwagon but they are not to be trusted as their goal is the same as 0thugga’s, they just will (and some are starting no doubt) to see him as a liability, so they will want to save the Dem “brand” and stick another marxist-lite in there, Hitlery probably.

One thing I wish more people would understand: if there is something about a candidate's personal life which the candidate would be willing to go to great lengths to keep secret, the lengths to which the person will go to keep the secret should be a major red flag regardless of whether the 'something' would otherwise matter. Why? One word: blackmail.

If someone would be willing to spend millions of his own dollars keeping a secret, what would he be willing to give a blackmailer who discovered it?

Yes. I never hear that point being stressed enough. I must confess that I don't mention is enough. Thank for the reminder.
