I hope he comes across looking like a bumbling dufus brain.

I've been following this guy since I first heard him at our Republican picnic last August. At that time, he couldn't string two sentences together. I didn't think he'd last a month. But he kept coming back. The whispers say it's the wife. She's a loudmouth. They came here two weeks ago for a forum with JD. He's gotten better, I'll give him that, but he's going to be eaten alive at the debates. If he pulls enough votes from JD to hand the nomination to McCain, he will be persona non grata within the AZ GOP and will have no political career ... ever. It's not that he's bad..but he set his sights too high. He should have started a bit lower on the food chain.

Hildy,

Please, please, please tell JD that he has to TRY to quote Lindsey Graham as stating that “McCain is only running to the right to win the primary.”

Lindsey is quoted in the NYT’s lengthy interview.

I can find it for you if necessary. I sent it to JD.

This will be Hayworth’s best chance to change the election. He better have some haymakers ready. Go for the jugular, J.D. America needs you.

These debates are where JD should separate and define himself against that poser McCain. I hope he points out over and over and over again the times McCain has betrayed AZ voters and conservatism.

McCain is either really stupid or really arrogant to agree to debates when he has a comfortable lead.

McCain is DESPERATELY trying to shed his RINO skin but, like the leopard, the spots will remain!

I truly hope the folks in Arizona send his arrogant ass packing in August!

No Deakin could win but everyone seems to have tied their horse to Mr. Freemoney infomercial Hayworth. This is Arizona. The dynamic is very similar to Nevada. Deakin could be the Sharron Angle of Arizona but instead we want to replace one opportunist politician with another. I like Jim. He is a good man. He was the first to file against McCain even before Chris Simcox and he may be a man of small stature but he is honest to the core. I know many of the people here just want to return to the Bush good ole days as seen by the way they support candidates. I hear the same but such and such can win as an excuse not whether such and such is worthy. Nothing will change electing the same kind of politicians that are prone to corruption by Washington DC. Both McCain and Hayworth have fallen to the temptation. Let us try something different.

Ho much is MCCain/Soros paying Deakins to try to split the vote?

JD needs to point out:
1. McCain at La Raza & amnesty with Lindsay Graham.

2. McCain-Feingold and how it gave us 2006/2008 Dem Congress and Obama and that we lost our country - possibly for good.

McCain is a POS.

When RINOS attack! LOL. Graham should be RINO target #1 when McCain loses.

“McCain is either really stupid or really arrogant to agree to debates when he has a comfortable lead.”

Most of the polls are biased towards McCain. I suspect that his lead is not that “comfortable”.

“Deakin could win...He was the first to file..He is a good man..”

Deakin is a lying POS that is trying to keep McCain in office, either for spite or for some other dubious purpose. Who cares if he filed first? Whatever noble intention he may have had is long gone now. He is actively trying to re-elect McCain by attacking the Tea Party Front Runner, JD Hayworth. Deakin couldn’t nor shouldn’t be elected Dog Catcher much less a US Senator.
