The story of the Obama Justice Departments questionable handling of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case of 2008 keeps gaining momentum and has taken a new turn today.
As congress is in recess, town hall meetings are taking place in districts all over America. Not unlike last years environment with frustrated and concerned constituents wanting answers about the pending ObamaCare legislation, this summers town halls include citizens asking their representatives about the curious actions of Eric Holder and his team at Justice.
Witness the latest home video featured at Breitbart.tv:
Notice how the room erupts with anger and disbelief not at the congressmans position, but over the fact that he claims to be unaware of the case being dismissed.

Everyone else in the video seemed to be aware of the BP case. Seems the story is getting out, somehow.
Bush is a pragmatist. Apparently there was no evidence that people were too afraid to cast their votes, and the two men did not commit battery. Voter intimidation cases are very hard to win; only three have been successfully prosecuted in 45 years. Timing and location were probably factors, as well; a majority black district and a self-identified black president-elect.
Sounds like the congressman isn’t earning his paycheck.
Who is the Republican candidate running against him ?
There isn’t one credible candidate.
I feel the way the Chicago SCM bama machine was forcing itself on the nation that no action by Bush would have been accepted on ANYTHING......
there is NO comparison between Dubya and the Clintoons or the zero...not even close....Bush senior another entity however....
