The Protestants are the ones whocame to occupy Cathloic Northen Ireland incase you don’t know Irish history. They came and tried to starve them out during the blight which bought many to this country my family included. We have not forgotten.
You DO realise that the Irish Famine killed both Catholic and Protestant?.
Britain bought millions of tons of corn during the Famine and sent it to Ireland.
British culpability on the Famine is one of incompetence, of error, NOT of deliberate callousness.
So the British buying and sending of food is sidelined by the myth, as it dosent fit in with the big bad callous British stereotype.
