She is not only too liberal, but clueless about the law. I am sending this letter to the Senators.
Elena Kagan and Natural Rights
Senator Coburn asked Elena Kagan whether there are natural, inalienable rights for people, which our founding fathers understood to be independent of and condition precedent for the Constitution. The same understanding is among the founding documents of the United Nations. Eleanor Roosevelt did have to compromise on the inclusion of god to get the Soviet Union to sign on, but all nations at that San Francisco conference acknowledged inherent individual human dignity.
Kagans failure to understand and acknowledge natural, inalienable rights, as a test for laws enacted by societies, should be fatal to her confirmation. Here is a comparison of defining textual portions of the documents.

Arguably Eleanor Roosevelts greatest political achievement was successfully enacting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at the United Nation. She was so successful that even the Soviet Union endorsed the document. I am appalled the Senate is about to endorse someone to sit on the Supreme Court, who is so bereft of soul and mind as to fail to acknowledge human freedom as the base from which good law arises.
The "No" should be a plain no. It is no because she has the experience of Harriet Miers; she has zero experience on the bench, not to mention her anti American, pro murder of the unborn, and related far leftist leanings!
