I LOVE the BV500 ! Its very competant. As far as being blown over, thats not how it works.
I too ride both motorcycles and scooters. My Vespa 200gt is definately a machine for pros. Not an easy ride.
I did a test ride on all the scooters my wife was considering. The Vespa 200gt steering was too quick in my opinion. Definitely not a good starter bike. My wife had no prior experience. She is doing very well with the BV500. It now has a big Givi windshield. That helps her deal with the wind blast so 65 MPH is within her tolerance. I ride my Harley Roadster at 75 MPH down the freeway with no windshield. My wife isn't up for that kind of wind.
