Just drive a semi into town and let 'em loose.
Grease them up good for a good ole NYC greased pig chase.

In the not too distant future, it will be totally irrelevant which ads the networks choose to air for two reasons:

1. Their minuscule audience will be mostly irrelevant to advertisers.

2. They won’t have the luxury of rejecting ads any more, since they will have to accept all of the very few ads any one wants to present them.

In that not too distant future, the govt will wind up owning them and subsidizing them with our expropriated money.

And in the next step, cable tv will be “free” and tax deductible and the internet will be heavily taxed to help pay for it.
It’ll be sorta like public education for the over-21.

If there are still loyal Americans in the unions in NYC that will have to build this thing if it is approved, they can begin another Big Dig and after ten years or so, and a gazillion dollar cost overrun, it will collapse.
