No bipartisan, with Scott and STowe caving in on it.

Obviously Scott is out of touch with reality.

The bill is a farce.

What were we expecting from a New England Republican? Conservatism? That he would vote like he campaigned?

>This way, we get power back more quickly. The truth is ugly, but there it is.

No, “we” do not get power back quickly, or ever. Those in power, the political caste, are disinclined to let ANY power be in the hands of the “unwashed masses.”

LOL Scott Brown is no traitor. He's just fulfilling his liberal agenda. Btw, an agenda that I plastered all over FR for weeks before his election.

Your anger should be directed at the dopes who voted for him and those who supported him. FYI, that includes a whole bunch of FReepers, including the head honcho!

THIS DOES IT!

I am sending the RINO Brown an Email wishing him a enjoyable (but hopefully short) one and only term as a Senator!

At this point I could care less if a FAR, FAR, LEFT, Kennedy-Clone beats him as I will not be sending him a dime towards his re-election and though my contribution was not big, I'm guessing he stands about as much of a chance at winning another term with Taxachussetts only support as a snowball does of not melting here in VT on this very warm day.

And I bet I'm not the only one who will abstain from sending him anything at all and I believe the Tea Party will drop him like a hot potato!

As the ol' saw goes, "Better the Devil you know......" and he is turning into a real McCain, (pre-2010) Snowe/Collins, Voin-a-bitch, et al, first calls RINO, A-hole!

“What were we expecting from a New England Republican? Conservatism? That he would vote like he campaigned?”

Nah, I knew the guy was squishy, I just thought he had an ounce of respect for the people who put him into office. Obviously, I was wrong.

The problem with most of these GOP candidates is that they think too much. The job is simple, you don’t have read a single piece of legislation, you don’t need to “study” the issues, you don’t need a research staff - just look at where the legislation is coming from - if it’s from the Obama and the Dems vote NO. In fact, unless the legislation involves cutting taxes, eliminating regulations or eliminating government programs don’t even consider voting yes.

Well if you don't care if the Repubs take Congress this Nov. that's your prerogataive.

Many millions would prefer the Repubs to have power at this point in time.

Not just Wall Street, this bill is already destroying the European markets, and the major East Asian markets.

Obama and the Democrats now own THE GINORMOUS DEPRESSION!

What I *want* are people who care about the Constitution and treat it like the Supreme Law of The Land.
Or is that just *way* too unreasonable?

“LOL Scott Brown is no traitor”

Only in the sense that he lapped up the support of those chanting “41 41 41”

Instead he’s “60” Shame on us for trusting the guy, I agree
