No. Russia is helping Iran build their military and helping them build them an atomic bomb. Its called business and $$$$$$.
Russia is always glad to sell anything to anyone. It doesn’t help them any. See Iraq...or Syria.
The French were going to help the Iraqis build a reactor. Does that mean the Iraqis would have never used the resultant product on the French? Of course not.
