A 20-year-old Jersey City mother Jessica Figueroa, has been charged with endangering the welfare of her two toddlers and her 7-month-old baby after leaving them at home alone for hours Saturday night into early Sunday while she allegedly went clubbing in Manhattan, police said.

No harm came to any of the children thanks to neighbors who took care of the three tots after finding a tearful 3-year-old boy and his NAKED 2-year-old sister roaming the second-floor hallway of the family's Arlington Avenue apartment building at about 8:15 p.m. with no adult supervision, police spokesman Lt. The ‘mother’ was in Dallas, Texas with her ‘boyfriend’ probably procreating more little ones.
If I remember correctly she did it about three times before she lost her kids for good.

No, the kids only get taken away by a judge or the state, if the mother is a conservative Christian mother, home schooling her children, or if mother is now a born again Christian who left a former lesbian relationship with an abusive lesbian, who then decides that she (the abusive lesbian) wants full custody of the Christian mother's bilogical children. THEN the judge or state will decide to take the children for their "own good" or establish the abusive lesbian with full custody & legal rights as the new "mother".
In this particular case of child endagerment & neglect by a minority slut Jessica Figueroa, I figure that she's got at least 3-4 more blatant incidents like this the state or a judge will timidly step in. By that time, we the taxpayers will be supporting at least 4-5 neglected & abused kids by Jessica as well as Jessica herself.

I wonder if the mother deliberately left the door open, or if the three year old managed to unlock and open it himself? Either way it was a tragedy waiting to happen.

That has nothing to do with it. If she has another baby, she gets a bigger check. It's sort of like working hard at a job to get a promotion and a raise.
