Illegal Aliens Plan Mock Graduation Ceremony Tuesday

On Tuesday, the Lutheran Church of Reformation located at 212 East Capitol Street NE, Washington, D.C. will hold a mock graduation ceremony for “undocumented students.”

As “undocumented worker” is a euphemism for illegal alien, “undocumented student” is a euphemism for a minor who came here illegally with his or her parents and is attending a school in the U.S.

Thus, there will be potentially quite a few illegal aliens at an exact time and place in D.C. tomorrow. Wonder if the Immigration and Customs Service will show up?

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Someone should show up and instead of handing them a diploma, give them a bill for what their education cost the U.S. taxpayer.

Don’t know, but sure hope so.
