As to starting up a media outlet. What do you suggest? A news magazine? Local newspaper publishing is too expensive a game to get into (unless you are an advertisment paper with just a little bit of commentary/news).

Local papers are a thing of the past. The monopoly press has seen to that.

Share FR with your conservative friends and encourage them to do the same.

The more the Pravda Media is exposed (e.g. Rathergate) the less influence they will have.

This article is right in keeping with the “hide the decline” emails in Climate-Gate. This now appears to be a fundamental plank in how the left does business promoting its agendas.

Actually, it's low-cost to create and publish but also low-income. You do make a great point, though...those who claim the pajamedia can take the place of current news-gathering organizations just don't know the game.

Local papers are a thing of the past. The monopoly press has seen to that.

They are victims to American illiteracy...people want news nuggets, not the in-depth reporting that a newspaper can provide. So play to that.

Excellent idea, and part of what I was getting at.

Agreed...but we need to provide an good alternative, else we get people thinking "It's futile--everybody lies...I might as well take the MSM sugar-coated socialism."
