Does President Obama have any idea what's in his own health-care reform law?

Since he signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act a bit more than 100 days ago, the president has given a number of speeches and interviews in which he continues to say things that, well, just aren't so. Just last Friday, he told MSNBC's Chuck Todd that the law "not only makes sure everybody has access to coverage but is reducing costs."

Wrong on both counts.

The bill doesn't come close to giving "everybody" access to coverage. According to the Congressional Budget Office, 10 years from now there will still be at least 21 million uninsured Americans. That's an improvement over today, but it's a far cry from the universal coverage that Obama once promised.

And nearly half of the newly covered aren't getting access to true health insurance but are being added to the Medicaid program, with all of its attendant problems of access and quality.

Obamacare is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically list regulating health care as an enumerated power! The people are not bound to comply with an unconstitutional act! It’s time for Americans to uphold and defend the Constitution by openly defying the socialist/marxist regime!

Maybe or maybe not. It doesn't matter as far as his lies are concerned. He is going to say what ever is written for him and those writing for him have no interest in the truth, they are just repeating the message they want to us to believe.

That said, Obama may be delusional in his basic beliefs, as most Communists are, but he is lying knowingly and willingly. Communists honor the lie as a necessary and effective tool for manipulating the masses.

Now they are claiming THE BILL IS A TAX, and Congress has the power to tax, therefore, it is lawful.

The simple fact is Obama had no intention of “fixing” anything about healthcare. All he wants is the control associated with the bill and the corresponding undermining of America.

I don't have to change a thing. The purpose of enumerated power to lay and collect taxes is to provide Congress with enough funds to fulfill its responsibilities for the enumerated powers in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.

The simple fact is Obama had no intention of “fixing” anything about healthcare. All he wants is the control associated with the bill and the corresponding undermining of America.

All the more reason for the people to defend the Constitution by openly defying the marxist regime.
