Screw all these vultures.George Steinbrenner wasnt even cold and they were bemoaning the lost taxes. George was a heck of lot better businessman than Mitt Romney. You didn't see George peeing the boys inheritance money away on stupid campaigns or living beyond the period of lapsed estate tax statutes

Between Steinbrenner, Jimmie Dean's heirs and the Texas oilman who died earlier this year, there are now at least three big billionaire families with heirs that have the money and likely the will to fight a RETROACTIVE tax.
This loop hole in the inheritance tax has been known for 8 years - they don't get to pass a law half way through the year to fill in the gap they knew was coming.
With multiple plaintiffs with several billion dollars on the line, the Constitutionality of a retroactive law will go to the Supreme Court.
