Chance Clipper practices loading his shotgun during a Shooting/Marksmanship Class taught through the extension office and sponsored by both the Walker County Quail Coalition and the Walker County 4-H at the Possom Walk Ranch on Wednesday.

I owned my first shotgun when I was 10. That was a couple of years behind some of my buds.

A friend took his 8 year old Grandson with his son and myself shooting on his ranch.
Safety was stressed as it should be and the child shot every gun we had brought.
He did great including shooting my 20 gauge pump shotgun.

It made me feel hope for the younger Americans.
