This Mercedes is A MORON!!!

Mercedes says that LOCAL AUTHORITIES cannot assume that a person is an illegeal immigrant if they do not have ID and they do not speak English because that would be racist, but she is PERFECTLY FINE with INS assuming that a person is an illegal immigrant if they do not have ID and they do not speak English....

SO completely insane!!!
