I'd wager that Al Gore has just such a shower. Wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Chu has one too.

I take out the flow limiter in every shower head I buy.
When thy aren’t removable anymore thats what drills are for.

According to NAHB the gubment are going to allow only one shower head per shower (that’s on new construction).
