Jan Brewer's Response to the AZ Sun's owner (regarding his comment against protecting the border).
Jan Brewer's Facebook | Jan Brewer

Posted on 07/27/2010 7:07:31 AM PDT by Howard Morrison

This is after the Suns were protesting the new law in AZ:

"What if the owners of the Suns discovered that hordes of people were sneaking into games without paying? What if they had a good idea who the gate-crashers are, but the ushers and security personnel were not allowed to ask these folks to produce their ticket stubs, thus non-paying attendees couldn't be ejected. Furthermore, what if Suns' ownership was expected to provide those who sneaked in with complimentary eats and drink? And what if, on those days when a gate-crasher became ill or injured, the Suns had to provide free medical care and shelter?" - This was posted by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer on FaceBook

I’ll bet the Suns don’t have the cojones to answer those questions.

And the NBA wouldn’t let them have any authority over these decisions.

Perhaps "Los Suns" should be made to provide all of these accomodations to non-paying gate crashers.

I'm willing to bet that like most professional sports teams, "Los Suns" is probably on some form of welfare that enables the team to play in its arena for far less than the actual cost, with the balance being picked up by the taxpayer. Perhaps it is time that this relationship, if it exists, be terminated. It is not right for taxpayers to be forced to put money in the pockets of ungrateful welfare recipients.

Jan Brewer has more spine, guts, and gonads than 98% of the eunuchs in the GOP.

The government should pass a law or executive order noting the Sun’s must give away 20% of all tickets, 20% of all food and beverages, etc.

See if the suns owner likes it.

I saw it suggested on FR, for these sports teams who oppose the Arizona law, a big crowd of people with no tickets should show up at one of their games and just walk in. No violence, no noise, no fuss, just all together, walk to the turnstiles and calmly step over them, such a large group that they couldn’t do anything about it. Call themselves “undocumented ticket holders” or something. Then they all demand to stay for the game, demand food and drinks, etc.

Never mind waiting for the government...WE should Freep the place on game day with signs saying:

Racist Suns charge illegals for tickets, beer, hotdogs!

etc.

It is more evident how racist Los Suns are being that they paint border lines around the court and if anyone from the stands crosses these borders then they are ejected from the game.
