If they are counting U.S. Treasuries as material portion of their reserves, then given the probability of default by the Feds, they are indeed doomed.

The Chinese Banking System Is Seriously At Risk No s***. How much do we owe them? The chinese know we are too big to fail though. it will cause systemic failure and all that.
