Don't forget that Charlie Rangel represents the district once represented by Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Powell engaged in far worse graft and skated. Today, he has public buildings in the district named for him. This is the standard which Rangel will follow.
Ethics do not matter if you are a Democrat and your skin is the right color.
