rasmuessn has polling problems... every ten days or so obama climbs up 10 to 12 points... only to lose them again and them right back up again. He changed his polling since 2008 and he broke it. Whether he is right or wrong cannot be determined by his polling. Maybe somewhere on the curve he is correct but scotty sucks compared to his father.
