It is time to start Impeaching Activist Judges who Legislate from the Bench
Author of the bill Russel Pearce was just on KTAR. Basically, said this judge’s opinion aka., personal dislikes on the law is irrelevant. She needs to point out how this law is unconstitutional but all she did is point out opinions. Continued to say that these are the types of judges who legislate from the bench and this needs to stop.
