Time out, Gov. Brewer. Judge Bolton’s ruling today is just a temporary injunction against enforcing certain portions of SB1070.

The actual trial hasn’t even occured yet, so there is nothing to appeal yet except for removing the temporary injunction.

Yeah, we all know what “temporary” injuctions mean. It means an indefinite stay and then maybe funding issues, tedium, and exasperation will make the whole issue go away. Ask those in Farmers Branch, Texas who’ve been waiting YEARS for a “temporary” injuction against their anti-illgal immigration law to be lifted or apealed to a higher court.
