This is an injucti hearing. The order issued is an innjunction which temporarily strikes te respective portions of the law as indicated.Themain issues of the case are yet to be heard. This is preliminary relief, ,a preliminary procedure. The case has not yet been heard.

And the appeal of the onjunction is an intelocutory procedure, the appeal can only be on the issues of law addressed by Bolton, which seem to be substantially on the side of Arizona.She muffed it for political reasons.Bad news for her as a judge. Her career may not go on for much longer. My bet is she retires within the next three years.She did the job for her masters the way she was supposed to, like a sleeper agent of fascism.
