Comply Or Else!

Los Angeles County, in response to rural non-compliance of environmental ordinances, has formed what they call the “Nuisance Abatement Team”. The enraged locals call it the NAT squad. The name sounds innocuous enough but its name camouflages what it is and does. The County has given the “Team” broad authority to come on your land and force compliance with draconian environmental law, literally at the point of a gun.

“You can kiss 4th Amendment protections against illegal search and seizure goodbye. Those protections no longer exist. Your home is no longer your castle, it is the government’s domain to do as they will. Jack-booted thugs, and we do mean thugs, can come on your land, come into your home with guns drawn, search your home at will and make a shambles of it, take what they want, write you up for alleged violations, terrorize you and then walk off without a by-your-leave ..... all without the benefit of a warrant, signed by a judge for probable cause of a crime having been committed.”

I am not an attorney but here is my position. If somebody, and I do not care who he is, invades your home with or even without brandishing a weapon, he is a violent home invader and the homeowner is within his rights to treat him as such.

Check your state laws, including those of California, on how a homeowner is allowed to respond to a “hot” burglary of an occupied residence—which is what any home invasion is except in the case of (1) law enforcement officers with a search warrant, (2) law enforcement officers with probable cause that a crime is in progress or that somebody needs help, or (3) emergency personnel like firefighters breaking in to put out a fire and/or rescue people and animals from the building. My understanding of the latter is that you are assumed to have “invited” the firefighters into your home under those circumstances. There are no other exceptions under our country’s laws.

If these NAT people have a warrant, you have to let them in. If they don’t have one, you don’t even have to open the door to them. If they break the door in at that point, they are common violent felons acting under color of law which might even be a Federal crime on top of whatever else they do. End of story.

Liberals don’t like the widespread disregard of their draconian and oppressive laws.

They are willing to uses the jackboot to force compliance. This is what you have elected, and i suspect its only a matter of time before someone gets killed defending their homes from the assault of theses big government thugs.

Don’t get me wrong, liberals want you very much alive, a dead government slave is not a very productive slave able to support their spending habits so they will continue to try to disarm you for both your and their safety.

I guess the Arizona authorities don’t have to enforce those federal laws any more.

Weapon Safety Rule Number Two: Never point your weapon at anything you don't intend to shoot.

I was just trying to 'clarify' your post ;)

How is this different from every other law on the books? Law is force! Every law written has the ultimate consequence of killing someone in order to make it stand.

“I guess the Arizona authorities don’t have to enforce those federal laws any more.”

Except the Feds have over the last 200 years been steadily building up an army of their own independent enforcement forces as well as expanding their tenticals of control into the state.

They don’t yet have the ability to serous enforce most any of their own interior laws but if you stop paying your income taxes eventually they might catch you.

The State of Arizona can however retaliate by shutting down the remainder of their cooperation with the Federal government and actually acting to help Arizonans evade federal law enforcement. They can make the cost of operating in Arizona for the Federal government astronomical.

There are a lot of things the Legislator can do to respond to this insult should they reconvene.

But by far the most pressing is preventing election fraud.(Illegal aliens voting) If Arizona fails to do that all will be lost as the leftist group mobilize the largest illegal election thief in the history of the united States to steal control of the Government and uses it to steal for themselves the fruits of America.

This is a matter of the utmost immediate important that every last republican law maker must make top priory, we can no longer pretend to be the friends of the illegal alien community. We must prevent them from voting illegally!

Although they have been building armies of their own, there is no way they have enough manpower to enforce all the federal laws and regs on the book. Have you any idea the size of the Federal Register? If I were governing a state, I would say, OK, no more state assistance with enforcement of any federal law sponsored by Barney Frank or Henry Waxman. For a start. See how it works out.

We have lost the constitution now. No matter who is in power, we are now slaves and this is no longer the union we agreed allegience to.

We need to organize a massive tax revolt until the Federal government and the courts restore the constitution of the US. It is better than war and worth a try.

As jurors, we are under no obligation to enforce any law with which we disagree. We can garbage-can Obama’s legislation, affirmative action, and so on. E.g. if somebody misrepresents their race or ethnicity to circumvent, evade, or defeat a racial preference or set-aside, that is fine by me and they will not get any trouble from me if I am on the jury. Same with willful noncompliance with ObamaCare, and so on.

To: La Lydia; All
From the Arizona Revised Statutes:

A. The sheriff of each county shall develop and adopt a policy on cross-certification of federal peace officers, including whether cross-certification shall be permitted in that county.

B. A federal peace officer who is employed by an agency of the United States and who has completed the basic training curriculum for the officer's agency shall possess and exercise all law enforcement powers of peace officers in this state for one year, including, if directed by the officer's employer, the capability to enforce the criminal laws of this state if the federal peace officer:

1. Submits to the sheriff a written request for certification as a peace officer in this state.

2. Submits evidence that the officer has been certified as a federal peace officer, is authorized by federal law to engage in or supervise the prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of a violation of federal law and is authorized by federal law to make arrests, serve warrants and carry firearms.

C. Each federal peace officer who requests cross-certification may submit to the sheriff a written request for certification as a peace officer in this state pursuant to subsection B. The cross-certification remains in effect for one year from the date on which the certification was authorized by the sheriff.

D. Neither the state nor any political subdivision is liable for any acts or failure to act by a federal peace officer.

E. The Arizona peace officer standards and training board shall maintain records of all federal peace officers who are certified as peace officers in this state.

We would also need to to make that publicly clear insomuch that people know the odds of them being caught disregarding theses Federal laws. It’s one thing for their ability to enforce laws to be very weak without support its quite anther for the people to know of and exploit this weakness.

Odds are most people won’t break the laws and of the few that do the ones that are well-known could easily be publicly caught and prosecuted where as the ones that are not well known will never be heard from.

Clearly as the medical marijuana issue demonstrates this is still viable but the people need to know its viable. at the same time we have to maintain State law and order so that the end game is Federal domestic laws are not authorized and enforceable but State domestic laws will be enforced and are authorized.

As a matter of technical note the Federal court nullification of law works very much the same way. They don’t technically remove the congressional acts from the book they just make it a policy of releasing anyone caught and the prosecutors stop wasting their time.

Well as the domestic executive authority we don’t have to catch their criminals and bring them before the Federal court in the first place nor do we have to enforce the courts edicts.

You want us to issue “gay marriage” licenses? well too bad I’m afraid we’ve run out of them....
