When are people ever going to learn that they should NOT ACCEPT THE PREMISE.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Absolute! Reject the very premise!
The latest example was Howard Dean and Chris Wallace. Chris Wallace was far, far, far too polite with Howard Dean!
If someone pulls out the racist word that should be the IMMEDIATE end of **ALL** discussion. End the interview! Have security IMMEDIATELY remove him from the set. Be prepared to finish the program in some other manner.
The program host should show the same umbrage that he would if someone called him a murderer! It is simply beyond discussion, and calls for a dramatic response.
The appropriate and correct response should be: Howard you have called me and the members of Fox RACISTS! This interview is over. Security will escort you to the door.
The latest example was Howard Dean and Chris Wallace. Chris Wallace was far, far, far too polite with Howard Dean!As I recall that was Newt Gingrich, who also yukked it up with Howard Dean when Dean said there are similarirties between Glenn Beck and the radical Iranians.
Ann identified the person(s) as "conservative pundit" . The only political pundits on that show were Newt Gingrich and Howard Dean. So I see why you would confuse Wallace as the Conservative one.
Frog march his a$$ straight to the FOX dungeon.
If Coulter was in the room, she would have torn into Dean intellectually and made him pee his pants as he tried to sputter his way back into the conversation after she completely tore apart his false accusations.
There is no excuse for letting leftists get away with throwing down the race card on Conservatives because it is a completely false premise.
You do NOT run them out of the room, they need to be eviscerated with words honed to a sharp edge with wisdom and knowledge. Not to mention a few little satirical jabs to the inflated ego and overblown faux intellectualism.
Dean would have been easy to deal with in that situation if up against a Coulter, Levin, Ingraham, Malkin, Morgan, Palin, Bachmann etc etc.
The right person could bat Dean around like a cat playing with a mouse.
