Greg and Missy Smith suffered a terrible tragedy. They have been at the fore front of a movement to get cell phone companies to release information, in a faster manner, in kidnapping cases. Moran put the "Kelsey Smith" name on a weak piece of legislation, and did so without consulting with the Smith's. Tiahrt crafted a law to the Smith's liking, and got their permission to use the "Kelsey Smith" name on that law. It now the law, in Kansas. Tiahrt is pushing to take the law nation-wide.
