We all know about NPR tote bags given as rewards during pledge week. The tax funded "public radio" station KPFA in Berkeley gives away "Marijuana Growers Guide" by Rosenthal for a $150 pledge.
KPFA is part of "Pacifica", the ultra liberal, wackadoo radio network. And yes they are partially tax supported.
Taxing pot is one of the ways you guys are going to fix your budget problems.
Subsidizing the dregs of society, how nice. At least they know their market, I guess.
A friend of mine has a daughter who won her age group for best Triathlete in NC for the year (she was around 16).
Her prize was a beer stein!
Sometimes people just don’t think!
Well, you wouldn’t want your friends or family smoking bad pot, would ya? <):p
Well, it IS a good book. Very informative.
LOL...I’ll take your word. You could pledge to KPFA and get a copy for a friend.
Wait what?
Dave’s not here.
Would you send me a copy for my library?
How’s things down in the Bay Area? Still up in Walnut Creek area? Still crazy here in Pugetopolis.
It’s very crazy here. Donate to KPFA if you want a copy. (grin)
The congressional district net to me is up for grabs (CA 11) and makes most lists as a toss-up. We are mobilizing everyone and anyone to walk and get out the vote. You in?
Sure.
Who gives a damn. Oh no, a book about growing a plant!!! If it was donated to them they aren’t exactly wasting the taxpayers dollars with it. Now if your argument is that they are just wasting them in general that’s another story.
