Gibbs: If We'd Known About Conviction, Woman Wouldn't Have Stood With Obama
A Charlottesville, Va., resident who stood with President Obama would likely not have been asked to participate in a Rose Garden speech on unemployment if the White House had known she was convicted of prescription drug fraud charges in April 2009, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Thursday.

"Without knowing a lot, I would certainly say that had that type of information been known, I doubt seriously -- she would not have participated in the event here," Gibbs said at the daily press briefing.

This White House is a joke. Back in May, Kalamazoo (Mi.) Central high school Seniors were asked to provide their birthdates, Social Security numbers and citizen status to the Secret Service so background checks could be performed. Obama spoke at their graduation ceremony.

This poor women probably thought it was the chance of a lifetime, and instead ended up road-meat.
Maybe she wants to start a small business....probably put a nice lab together with unemployment benefits if you put your nose to the grindstone.
And how is this worse than all the scum that work at the white house?
Well, to be absolutely honest, if they did background checks and held to the vetting process - it would seriously diminish the number of folks from his “base” that could get near to him.
just sayin’, there would probably be lot less brothers and sisters chillin’ with him.
I still see Obama Biden stickers on cars here from time to time but they are becoming fewer. I guess some of the weasels who voted for hope and change no longer want to advertise it. A pox on them anyway.
And if the Press had done ITS JOB, Obama wouldn’t have been standing up there either.
Of course, Hillary might have been.
