Ladies and Gentlemen: The CORRECT answer is for a 2nd Constitutional Convention to be held...we only need 1 or 2 more states to agree...and for that august body to then DISSOLVE the United States of America! With that dead carcass out of the way, the delegates could then form a NEW government, one that is of, by, and for the PEOPLE!

There is nothing wrong with our Constitution, the fault lies with the rise of a political class that has lost touch with the populations they represent, and the failure of the Fourth Estate to perform its role as an impartial watchdog of the Goverment......
What on earth makes you believe that anything crafted by today’s politicains would be superior to that of the Founding Fathers? It most likely would produce unfettered tyranny in one form or another.
I take it then that you don’t like the current Constitution and would like to have it fully scrapped, not just half scrapped like it’s now.

The problem we have is not that our government is not of,by and for the people. The problem we have is the temporary stewards of the government use it for themselves and their friends.
Consider who would actually attend that session and then ask yourself if they are smarter people with better intentions than the framers. A second Constitutional Convention will not resolve that problem since the people making the new Constitution will be the ones raping the current one.
