An Enfield High School teacher has been accused of inappropriately touching a student and was ordered to have no contact with her student while he works at the school. Court records state that Francis Hajosy, 54, of Stafford, spanked the student.
He has been suspended, the superintendent said. He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace, according to court records.
Hajosy was arrested after a school resource officer was notified of a June 9 incident, according to the Journal Inquirer. He is accused of spanking a student who was visiting the class, the Hartford Courant reports.
The student was sitting in the class and had her feet up on a desk, when Hajosy said "You know, you're not too big for me to put over my knee and spank," the Courant reports, citing the affidavit.
The student responded by picking up "spray glue" and spraying it into the air, the newspaper reports, and Hajosy told her to stop. Court records say Hajosy put his hands on the student's neck and shoulders, and she tried to kick him. When the student sat down, Hajosy lifted her legs in the air off the desk and spanked her, the Courant reports.
On Wednesday, Superior Court judge Richard Dyer issued a protective order, in which Hajosy is to initiate no contact with the student, but he is allowed them to be in the same building as long as he works for the high school.
The Inquirer reached out to Superintendent of Schools John Gallacher, who said that the Board of Education is aware of the charges but that, because students and teachers are on summer vacation, Hajosy isnt around students.
The Enfield High School Web site lists Hajosy as faculty member in technology education.
Hajosy is free on $5,000 bond and is due back in Superior Court on Aug. 13.
Only people on cornholicut could consider spanking “sexual assault”
He’s so guilty he needs the death penalty.
It doesn’t sound like a sexual assault, perhaps simple assault. But it sounds like the brat was long overdue for an azz whuppin.

You may be onto something, snarkbait, as this is not the first time it’s happened in Connecticut. Check this out:
The News-Times, December 3, 1996
Family Friend Charged With Bare-bottom Spanking of Girl
By Dan Wheeler
LITCHFIELD, Conn. (AP) - A little league coach accused of repeatedly spanking a little girl after pulling down her pants has been charged with ***sexual assault***.
Ronald Ellis, 30, of New Hartford, was in Bantam Superior Court on Monday. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Ellis has been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor in the October incidents.
According to an arrest warrant, Ellis ordered a 9-year-old girl to pull down her pants so he could spank her along a remote area of the Farmington River Turnpike while they were riding bicycles and again at a New Hartford firehouse.
Ellis is a volunteer firefighter.
Police said he also choked the girl’s 8-year-old brother after the boy refused to obey him.
State police arrested Ellis on a warrant Friday. His next court date is Dec. 17.
State police said Ellis befriended the two children and their sister through an acquaintance with their father.
That was the most difficult article to figure out with all the he’s and she’s.
Thank you - I thought I was the only one confused by all the transgendering going on.
If he touched her it sounds like a battery. No assault. Especially sexual assault.
I’m a lady and yes, he was wrong.
He should have kept his mouth shut and just flipped her desk on her.
Luckily, here in Indiana anyone who stands “in loco parentis” can administer reasonable coropral punishment when appropriate. This includes school teachers.
I try to be a lady, but let me tell you, if this guy ever did this to my daughter, she better keep that tanned butt right on that school chair, because she would get double worse from Netmilsdad and myself when she came home.
I don’t take smarmy kids with attitude.
The next day I would walk her in, with a batch of cookies and make her apologize to the teacher as well.
depends on what she was wearing.
Spanking through clothing is sooo unsatisfying.
Sounds to me like he should be invited to speak at the next PTA meeting regarding efficient discipline of disrespectful students. Had it been my child, after I stopped laughing at the teacher’s creativity, I would have made sure the young lady-to-be understood how to behave respectfully.
I don’t care what he looks like. The brat student got a very deserved wallop!
He should have his head bashed in.
For a moment I thought the teacher had a sex change operation.
I think his appearance may have something to do with that.
Definitely guilty.
Female FReepers are obviously far less shallow than many of the male FReepers. :)
I thought so too.
The kid defied an authority figure and needed that swat. His looks have nothing to do with it.
My elerly boss (and mentor) and I were out at a site visit. The client was an old friend and client of my boss, and had his young female engineer along.
The older client would say something about how they were going to do things, and the young gal would correct him. Not that he was wrong, but the young gal (28 years old?) had a different view.
After about the fouth time of her saying stuff like that my boss told her “Young lady, Fred knows more about this than you ever will. And if you don’t start showing some respect, don’t think that you’re too old for me to put you across my knee and give you a well-deserved spanking.”
I’m standing there a bit in shock and thinking “Well - there goes this job”. Instead, the gal never said another word and we got the project!
” He should have his head bashed in. “
Curious to know: how would you have handled her behavior?
I am not her parent so we would have a very serious Parent Teacher Conference and some Saturday Schooling would be in order.
Or she can go to remedial school.
But if your daughter is acting disrespectfully at work and her boss spanks her, are you OK with that? Or would you consider it sexual harassment?
>>But if your daughter is acting disrespectfully at work and her boss spanks her, are you OK with that? Or would you consider it sexual harassment?<<
Honestly, If she was sitting with her legs up on a desk and snarking off, NO I would not consider it SEXUAL harassment.
I would probably have a talk with both of them about appropriate punishment, but seriously, sexual harassment?
Disrespect goes both ways and some of us are too happy to take it all a step farther than it needs to be. An employer has other routes to go (fire her). This teacher is expected to put up with it and have NO recourse.
Glad I homeschool.
” I am not her parent so we would have a very serious Parent Teacher Conference and some Saturday Schooling would be in order. “
And for the several days in between her spraying glue around the room with her feet up on the desk begging for discipline and the PTC with the parents who I’m surmising don’t do a great job of instilling respect for authority or consideration for others, you would sit there with your finger up your nose? I’m not saying that spanking her is the only or best remedy; I’m looking for immediate actions that would stop the behavior and rectify the attitude. Anyone can kick the can down the road, pass the buck to someone else. You’re “in loco parentis” here—that means you are RESPONSIBLE for the child and her behavior. What do YOU do?
Wow! Respectfully, you are a bit of an officious ass and presumptuous to believe my values should be the same as yours.
The kid is a brat but, there are probably 30 other kids in the class and she is disruptive to the processes of teaching and learning.
She needs an attitude adjustment or someone needs to eject her from the class so she is no longer a problem and she finds herself in a place she doesn’t want to be.
I am saying I have 30 other kids to take care of and I am not going to let one rotten apple spoil the others.
Violence never solves the problem and is only a right of a parent or self defense.
Kick her little ass out of class and find ways to ostrasize her so she feels alone and gets the message.
No kid wants to live on an island. They want to belong to some group and we should do our best to ensure she finds a positive group to belong to. Short of that my attitude is Buh-Bye.
Problem solved for me and problem removed. Yep, kick it down the road and save the rest of the children.
But hey, maybe you are one of those fundamentalists that believe you can exert your will, over a child, by the mere fact you are an adult.
I don’t believe in that and I don’t believe in working with someone very long, at the expense of the rest of children.
Kinda like a bus driver with 70 passengers and some jack ass steps out in front of the bus, on a two lane road, with a cliff on the opposite side.
Sorry, but I am not swerving the bus and going over the cliff to save one.
She gets run over, I feel terrible but, 70 passengers didn’t die at the expense of one dummy.
Thick face, black heart.
Death Penalty Guilty!!
(Ladies can play the game too)
and, a grammar, Nazi, to boot.
Do you really believe "violence never solves the problem?"
If so, are you suggesting that parents have the right to inflict violence on their child's body, even though it does not solve the problem?
If a thug breaks into my home in the wee hours of the morning, I have a problem. If I greet him with a loaded shotgun and discharge said weapon into his center mass, I have eliminated the problem. Few would argue that shooting a person with a shotgun is not a violent act.
Please answer this question, based on this scenario. Can problems sometimes be solved with violence?
You certainly have a certain amount of hubris that probably would find you on the floor of a bar fight.
With rare exception there is no justification for exerting your will over another with physical aggression or even threatening violence.
Violence is only a right of self defense and any person that commits to the evil of first strike, with no legal or moral right, should understand they will be met with an even greater force that ends their evil act and may very well result in their being hospitalized or worse.
Certainly “a parent” has the right and responsibility of correction through punishment. That of course comes with a limit.
Unless you think they have some Abrahamic imprimatur, by God, to do worse.
You seem to have a problem with comprehension anyway. I don’t believe I suggested or implied that a parent doesn’t have the right to correct with their child corporaly.
And violence beyond a traditional correct measure is also unacceptable. There is a limit.
But, no asshole, who is not related has that right or responsibility of a physical act on another parents child.
Beyond the fact that you possess an intellect as shallow as dry creek in the summer, how have you managed to avoid drowning in the shower your whole life?
A thug breaking into your home...? You are dumber than a box of rocks, as you are introducing a hypothetical that has nothing to do with the particular and original subject.
In my house, that person would be dead before they made it 10 feet. I have the right of self defense and have to assume someone so brazen as to break into my house absolutely means me and my loved ones harm.
Are you suggesting the school girl would now break into the teachers house or he into hers?
Quite the leap and not even a non-sequitor.
That was your statement, right? Am I unfair when I reference your exact words? Now you say,
In my house, that person would be dead before they made it 10 feet. I have the right of self defense and have to assume someone so brazen as to break into my house absolutely means me and my loved ones harm.
You hypocrite. Either violence solves the problem or it doesn't. Did you not say in your earlier post
violence never solves the problem.
Perhaps you should cut back on the recreational pharmaceuticals before you cause your alleged brain any further permanent damage.
Now you claim, And violence beyond a traditional correct measure is also unacceptable.
You should exercise caution when using, "traditional measures." After all, the Aztecs had their traditions... Now please excuse me, I've got no time for a sociopath who justifies murdering people by carving their living hearts out of their bodies as a sacrifice to pagan gods.
My issue was with your statement; "Violence never solves the problem."
That was your statement, right? Am I unfair when I reference your exact words? Now you say,
Yes I did say that and you pulled it out of context. Hence my observation, you suffer the inability reading comprehension. Then again, it is your M.O. to cherry pick what you want to create something that doesnt exist, so you can pretend you are the smartest person in the room, which is so far removed from reality.
I said Violence never solves the problem and is only a right of a parent or self defense. You didnt miss the part underlined but chose to ignore it and create a lie out of a half truth for your own needs.
You suffer from poverty of intellect. Of course I said it and said what the reason and context of exerting force would be in the same sentence. Again, I said Violence never solves the problem and is only a right of a parent or self defense.
Perhaps you should cut back on the recreational pharmaceuticals before you cause your alleged brain any further permanent damage.
Cut back ? Dude, have you ever wondered why your life is so full of problems and you live in the neighborhood you live in? Its no secret. You live the life of trailer park white trash and will never rise above the current life you live because you need to be well . Stupid.
A spanking, grounded, no phone, no tv, yard work, etc are traditional measures.
You need to carve out that cheap ass rented rent a wreck of a brain and get a refund. Doubtful though it would be of benefit to you as you prefer simple cheap ass solutions that have marginal results or have the constancy of a cave mans life.
Then again you cant muster more than single syllables for most of your communications.
Next, get over yourself! Look, it's not my fault you spent most of your senior year of high school head first in the toilet, while the chess team gave you a swirly.
Get over it and get on with your life. Maybe if you get a career wrangling shopping carts and bagging groceries you can finally move out of your mom's basement.
While your at it, ask your doctor to up your Thorazine dose. Those voices seem to be getting the best of you, again. Once all of that is sorted out we can work on your HTML skills! You've completely failed to differentiate between quoted material and your own meager offerings. Incidentally, your use of the word, hence, makes you look like a total poseur.
I've one more question before you slip back into your Night Train induced stupor. What the hell did you mean by this particular line of your post:
You need to carve out that cheap ass rented rent a wreck of a brain and get a refund.
That sounds like something Al Franken would come up with in a rare sober moment!
Honestly, you are a very angry person with violent tendency and someone I would not associate with.
Buh-Bye
Have you ever had any interaction with this tard?
Guy is just completely weird.

Don't worry, Skippy; they'll move up the thread and read your comments, as well.
These kids just out of school are so self-centered and think they know it all.
I have a friend who is a pathologist, a real expert, Mayo Clinic and all the right schools. A young resident, not in pathology but in some other field, asked him about a tissue specimen. He said it was x. She argued with him! She was adamant it was something else and then stormed off saying, “Thank you for your opinion.”
Opinion!? LOL
You want me to send you some indoor siding for your mobile home?
I’d be happy to.
Really, it’s an honest offer and maybe sprucing up your place will make you feel better.
Tell me how many sheets you need and where to send them. You’ll need to get the nails yourself but I will cover the major expense.
If you need shag carpeting let me know. It’s very easy to keep clean and goes with the avocado colored appliances you have.
Let me know.
Sure, just as soon as you answer one question. What the devil is "Indoor Siding?" I've never heard of it. Something tells me you are extremely well acquainted with trailer park living. I'm sure you lived in a very nice "double wide."
Before you answer my question, you should spruce up your Mom's basement. She's kind enough to let you live down there when, by this stage of your life, you should be out supporting yourself.
At least get rid of the mountain of rancid pizza boxes and empty Night Train bottles.
You may have started out in a trailer park, or living in a van down by the river, but that's not important. What's important is where you go from there. Have you gone to the community college, yet. You suffer from a profound lack of grammar and punctuation skills!
Have you gone to the community college, yet?
Arrrghh!
Vendome,
I can't believe you missed THAT opportunity! I've no excuse for such a lame punctuation error; especially while criticizing another person's writing skills!
I sincerely wish you a fine weekend. Thanks for the sparring match; it's been fun!
Pie represents that which is good and wholesome in this world.
Mmmmm....pie!
