...."In the case of non-compliance... for example challenges to fundamentals of the Bosnia and Herzegovina state, the [envoy] will be able to recommend to the EU High Representative [Lady Ashton] that Council impose travel bans and/or the freezing of assets in the EU," said the paper seen by The Daily Telegraph.

Ping...
I have no idea, other than to keep the doors of the Islamic world open to Europe (which is precisely what she's doing) -- and perhaps simply because the globalists can control it, or so they think.
As I said before, Baroness Ashton is acting more like "an Empress" than a representative -- and Bosnia is not known for it's kindness to Empresses. Just ask Sophie.
If NATO pulls out of Kosovo then it will become an EU fiefdom like Bosnia.
It already is.
NATO peacekeepers don’t answer to the EU.
NATO Peacekeepers are just the hired muscle to keep the Albanian drugs, guns and people traffic flowing through Kosovo.

Clinton brought us to war with Serbia to serve European interests. Turning Kosovo over to the EU only completes the process. Keeping it under NATO and thus US control frustrates the globalist plan.
You don't get it. NATO's only relevance in Kosovo right now is as the threat of force to whatever the EU want to do anyway.
NATO took Kosovo by force to begin with. Without NATO's continuing presence, there would be no "independent Kosovo" because the Albanians never had the military capability to take Kosovo on their own and are incapable of defending it on their own.
