You seem to be a very optimistic person when it comes to NY State.
I am a fellow New Yorker myself but I am from Long Island.
We have probably the ONLY Republican Congressman in NY State — Peter King. The rest are all Democrats.
As for this November, I am not sure of anyone can beat Kirsten Gillebrand for Senator.
Andrew Cuomo as the next governor is already a given as the alternatives (Lazio and Palladino) are WAYYY BEHIND in terms of cash and in the polls.
And even if Charles Rangel were to quit in disgrace ( highly unlikely ), his replacement will still be a socialist Democrat, guaranteed.
In other words, nothing’s gonna change in NY State.
Which mean we are on track towards bankrupcy.
