Betcha if this POS Merzbacher gets out, he won’t let any innocents he molests live so they won’t be able to identify him.
Surprise!Judge Davis was put on the District Court by Clinton and the Circuit Court by Obama.
Lets start a fund to house this creep next to judge Davis and/or his kids and grandchildren.
Wow. This creep appealed two other times based on the idea that ‘his attorney did not tell him about this plea deal’. Two times his appeal was denied. But, this Judge heard the appeal and seemed to believe it was true.
Now it’s time for the prosecution to step back in and quickly.
They just released another one 300 years early: There is a reason these people were sentenced. Our judicial system is truly messed up.
