A Harley rider was relating his experience on watching traffic carefully before venturing out into an intersection. He had a guy in Corvette yapping and honking behind him at an intersection. The guy got impatient, rolled down his window, yelled "asshole", gave the guy the finger and pulled around his bike into the intersection. A passing 18-wheeler cut the car in half...everything from the front bumper to the rear of the door was flattened. There's something to consider for eternity.
I was driving early one AM and came up to an intersection with a highway. There was a guy standing beside his car. I stopped and he was very shaken. I saw his front bumper sitting beside the car. The light had turned green, he started into the intersection, an 18 wheeler blew through the light and clipped off his bumper. He had been several inches away from death and he knew it.
