WASHINGTON — The top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee is telling colleagues that Elena Kagan has a dangerous political approach to the law that makes her unfit for the Supreme Court.
Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama is previewing his case against Kagan in a letter to senators the day before the Senate begins debating her nomination.

Kagan is unfit to sit on any court. Putting her on the SCOTUS is insane. Only a dope smoking America hater would vote for her.

Indeed. Someone’s got to take the initiative and stop this witch before Lindsey Graham can push her confirmation through.
ANYONE who cares about this witch and her appointment to SCOTUS should:
a) Send a letter of support to Sessions and call his office supporting him
b) Send a letter and a phone call to that Mitch McConnell, telling him to at least ATTEMPT to filibuster her appointment, whip any GOP Senator intending to vote FOR her into shape, and PROMISE to introduce articles of Impeachment against her if she IS appointed, and do it every year until the votes are there to get this with off SCOTUS.
This creature is totally unqualified for nomination and that bastard in the White House selected her for the sole reason of extending his Marxist, anti-American agenda beyond his term. Her appointment is even more dangerous than Obama’s term of office.
That bastard Obama is PUSHING patriotic Americans towards another Revolution - one way or another.
Lindsey Graham actions and John McCain’s SILENCE should send a message to their patriotic constituents.

Insanity. How can anyone who barred military recruiters from a college campus be said to NOT have an agenda. Insanity, just plain insanity. There is no way I can see around this woman’s ascension to the highest court. Insanity..*shakes head*

He has surely heard our prayers against Kagan. But He has not turned the hearts of her supporters. We do not fathom why, but He has His way.
