Acting U.S. Solicitor General Represented Osama Bin Laden’s Driver; Denied That Battle Against Terrorism Is A War Tuesday, August 03, 2010 By Fred Lucas, Staff Writer

(CNSNews.com) – Neal Katyal, who became the acting U.S. solicitor general when Elena Kagan was nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, previously served as the legal counsel of record for the man who worked as Osama bin Laden’s driver from February 1996 through November 2001.

Salim Ahmed Hamdan, who underwent training at an al Qaeda camp, was charged with transporting weapons to al Qaeda operatives.

The Hamden case culminated in the 2006 Supreme Court ruling that said the Bush administration’s military tribunals violated U.S. law and international conventions.

In one brief in the Hamden case, Katyal argued that the war on terrorism is not really a war. “That ‘war’ manifestly is not a war in any sense of the term against any nation state or indeed against any well defined enemy,” the brief said.

Why not give Obama and all who currently bow to him the left side of our country and they can go bankrupt and hug trees as they’re god? They are a very small minority percentage wise so half of Ca. will house them all.

p.s. over one half of Ca. will be taken up with Obama’s castle and kingdom with his servants sitting at home getting checks from him. It should be called Teleprompter kingdom of the evil one that fooled many.

It appears Osama Bin Laden isn’t living in a cave in Pakistan. He’s living in Washington, running America - except he got a shave and put on a suit in the meantime.

Dumb question here....

Does the next President have the right to ask for the resignations of ALL lawyers in the Justice Department, or are we stuck with a bunch of them for civil service reasons?

Civil service or no, the cleanup president is going to have to shake things up considerably. Nevertheless, I should think treason and sedition to be adequate grounds for termination.

America cannot afford anymore political bull. We need a President whose very first act is cutting us off from the phoney United Nations. America can help other countries on her own without the fake ponzi scheme of the United Nations whose goal is global communism.

Its only been nine years since 9/11 and in that time, we have what amounts to co-conspirators installed in the highest levels of the US government. Truly shocking. From the president of the United States who no one really knows what his real name is or where he was born, to radical Alinsky acolytes being all but confirmed to the US Supreme Court.

The 9/11 attacks continue - abetted by the democrats and republicans alike.
