A couple in Bothell have been targeted in a campaign that involves destroying signs supporting Republican candidates, and replacing them with signs for RepublicansAreADisease.com.
The website, which is an anonymous wordpress blog, encourages it's readers to print out signs reading, "Republicans Are A Disease" and "Republicans America's Worst Enemy" and place them on their own and public property, and to "tell their neighbors how they feel about the criminals in the GOP."
The website does not say to destroy other people's property or to replace republican signs with the anti-GOP signs.
This did not stop the destruction of the signs in the yard of the Vietnam veteran and his wife.

This is why I don’t put signs in my yard or stickers on my vehicles. These morons have no concept of civility...............

Tell him to do what I did when my signs started being stolen. I bought some cheap gloves, and went to the nearest poison ivy patch. Rubbed the signs thoroughly with the ivy. Couple nights later, the signs were stolen again. The brat that lives next store, and his buddy down the street showed up with a bad case, all over their hands and arms. I said, “Joe! That’s a pretty bad case of poison ivy! Where’d ya get it?” He said he didn’t know. I went inside and laughed my butt off. Got some more signs, and “treated” them again!
can’t the site be sued for encouraging a crime?
Put cameras up. Replace their signs with “the people who replaced these signs are fascists who have no respect for such American values as the right to free speech”
Night ambush. Beat the living crap out of the vandals, and explain to them that it will be even worse the next time they try.
I am sick and frigging tired of these fascist thugs disenfranchising voters and stepping on our 1st Amendment rights.

As tempting as it is to respond with our own signs that say “Liberals are Stinky Doo Doo Heads,” let’s remember that descending to their level does us no favors.

The dems are really bad where we live. They’ve tried to destroy every republican sign there is. I’m so tempted to take the Norm Dick signs and add “al” after Norm’s name or an E before and a UOS after it.

Here it is only the Conservative GOP signs targeted. They leave Zach Wamp and Bill Haslam’s alone.
For the first time in the last 6 elections that I’ve voted in this precinct there was a liberal standing outside encouraging us to vote democrat.
After about 9 of us all told her a one time that we were all republican voters she left. Apparently the sight of the retiree wearing the UAW T-shirt telling her that he was a republican was too much for her to bear.
They'll "tolerate" anyone...who agrees with them on everything.
