(Reuters) - Britain warned Serbia on Tuesday that any attempt to undermine Kosovo's independence would spark a confrontation with those nations that recognise Pristina, remarks that prompted a sharp rebuke from Russia.
"There can be no return to negotiations on either Kosovo's status or its existing borders," Parham said. "Any attempt to go down this path would lock Serbia into confrontation with those that have recognized Kosovo."
"Any attempt to encourage the partition of Kosovo, or status talks, would be against the long-term interests of the citizens of both Kosovo and Serbia," he said. "The United Kingdom will strongly resist any such attempts."
CONFRONTATION
Parham's remarks provoked an angry reaction from Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin.
"We heard something which came close to a threat of confrontation by countries recognizing Kosovo," he said.
"We do not know if one delegation was entrusted with speaking on behalf of all these countries. We hope that the majority of them will stick to restrained approaches."
The United States also voiced full support for Kosovo. U.S. Deputy Ambassador Rosemary DiCarlo said: "Its independence is irreversible, it's borders inviolable."
Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic disputed Parham's interpretation of the ICJ ruling, saying that it in no way gave legal justification to the independence of Kosovo. He said that the U.N. mission there, known as UNMIK, was still in charge.

Why does that bother you? Right and wrong isn't determined by nationality.
The Russians are on the right side in this matter - it was the US and NATO that launched a war of aggression and committed atrocities against the Serbian people.
The exact same indictments that were made against Nazi leadership at Nuremberg in 1945 should have been made against the US for its brutal assault against Serbia:
1. Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of a crime against peace
2. Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace
3. War crimes
4. Crimes against humanity
Who the hell is Parham to tell anyone what to do? It sounds like a bunch of fascists wishing a war — a world war 3.

Anything's possible with the corrupt scum who constitute our ruling class these days, but I think the explanation is much simpler - Serbia was initially attacked under clinton because of the west's irrational obsession with appeasing muslims, then the hostility towards Serbia continued under bush because the bush family is owned by the saudi royal family, and is still in effect under obama because he's a fellow muzzie.
In "fairness" to clinton, I'm sure some of his willingness to commit war crimes against the Serbian people came from an effort to deflect attention from whatever crimes and/or immoral personal acts he was committing at the time.

Well, Kosovo is a nice future model for Mexifornia.
It was Serbian land for all the time until after wwII when they accepted numerous albanians escaping their corrupt nazi-socialist government and poverty.
Following that same logic some of the US states are mexican.
All you have to add are mexicans murdering American population en-masse to grab property and a Russian&Chinese airforces ruining American infrastructure on a daily basis for a ‘genocide’ which means an attempts by military&police to stop a mexican violence.
