And spiked in the press is the information the judge is gay. No connection there, no sir.
It will be interesting to see the published ruling when it comes out.

Predictable.

But still incredible.

And a sapphite is poised to be confirmed as a USSC justice.

The America I grew up in, that brave patriots fought and died for, no longer exists.

May as well call the boys home from Afghan and Iraq.

There is nothing remaining here to defend.

Walker has been reported to be gay, but he has not addressed that issue.

Is anyone really shocked at this? Did we really think we were gonna be able to vote on anything and have it stand? Voting means NOTHING in this state...I don’t know why people bother anymore.

Of course... they were sent over there to keep them from objecting to [what’s happening] here.

Correction: Voting means nothing IF THE RESULT GOES AGAINST LIBERALISM.

These very people, if the voters HAD voted for what the liberals wanted, and the conservatives filed a lawsuit to overturn it, would say “The people have spoken and the conservatives are trying to thwart the people.”

These days it seems that federal judges believe their role is to make sure democratic government doesn’t break out in this country.

The PEOPLE of CA voted against homo marriage TWICE.

The problem here is not with the people of CA.

I used logic and reason to vote twice for marriage only to be with a man and woman.

This is a problem with judges who believe they know more then the voters.

Question: When do public officials begin swingin’ from the street-lamps [via noose]?
... and *what* do they have to do to piss-off enough California Citizens that they’ll exercise their right to “alter or abolish” a government that is oppressive to their rights?

Are you seriously implying that Afghanistan and Iraqi wars happened so that people could not vote against gay marriage?

“This is a problem with judges who believe they know more then the voters.”

They did not just appear there ... like a fungus, they grew and festered ... and we allowed it.

Shame on us.

This liberal activist scum Vaughn Walker should be removed from office since he didn’t recuse himself from the case. Thank God his negligence will 100% result in a reversal.
