5 pubbies voted for Kagan. They could have blocked her but didn’t.

“Nebraska Democratic Senator Ben Nelson was the only member of his party who opposed Kagan in the final vote. Five Republican Senators joined the Democratic majority to support the nominee: Susan Collins (ME), Lindsey Graham (SC), Richard Lugar (IN), Olympia Snowe (ME) and Judd Gregg (NH). “

I’m glad Maine appears to be shifting politically also I think the replacement for Greg should be more conservative. Lindsey Graham is toast next election. He more than anyone needs to be sent off the plank. The only thing that I would regret is having to deal with his whining to the media once he is defeated.
