conservatives need to make this part of the litmus test of who they would support in a primary. Get the US senatorial candidates to commit to only approving conseravtive judges.

In this case, go back through Graham’s history and see if he stated that he would approve qualified, traditionalist jurists. If so, he failed and needs the boot.

The good people of SC thought they were electing a conservative not an enabler of gay marriage. When Kagan rules in support of gay marriage Lindsey is gonna have some splainin to do.
