I don’t recall Jill Biden ever appearing publicly when she wasn’t well dressed/coiffed/groomed. She appears head and shoulders above the other 3 in the presidential/vice presidential couples.
Not sure which "other 3" you're talking about, but if it was during this past race, I certainly thought Cindy McCain always looked great and dressed well. If you're speaking of the last 3 sitting presidents and vice presidents, then I certainly think Mrs. Cheney and Mrs. Bush were beautifully put together.
