What you advocate is giving special rights to a select group of people based on their sexual desires. My question is why? Can I get special rights based on my sexual desires and if I want to change the meaning of the word marriage can I define it to include a platonic contract with my grandchildren enabling them to collect my SS survivors benefits in perpetuity? I mean if you can change the meaning of the word based on one's sexual practices certainly you wouldn't mind changing it based on non sexual practices where a deep rooted love exists. Would you?

There has never been a Court decision this outrageous and dangerous to society. What behaviors will be declared specially protected next? How many lawsuits will we see by the party of lawyers telling us what we have to believe?

If say, 10 men, 20 women, & a bisexual male orangutan married each other, would there be tax advantages? Could the employer be forced to cover the vet bills for the ape under Obamacare? If the marriage dissolves, is the ape entitled to alimony? How would the spawn of this union be shared after a divorce?
These are just some of the questions that will have to be resolved in the near future. Perhaps judge Walker can answer these questions.
