ugly events that happened the same day in history.

I speculate like the Mass decision was released on the same day as brown vs board of education, there is some date significance to august 4th.

I forgot about his effort to get cameras in the courtroom.

that immediatly makes his decision suspect.

as for not challenging the judge, it would be career suicide for any lawyer to seek recusal of the judge. Not just with that judge but all judges.

If judges would do their job of defending and protecting the Constitution, they don’t need to be recused. But since this clown knows nothing else but judicial activism, he shouldn’t be recused, he should be disbarred.
