they will work very hard to dis-allow discovery on this issue.
The claim will be that Obama is irrelevant to the legality of the order.

How can they convict if 0bama refuses to show his birth certificate during discovery?At the preliminary decision stage, the JAG officer ruled that Obama's eligibility was irrelevant because Obama didn't issue the orders Lakin was disobeying.
